Someone shared a quote today. The original said "should've done that." I disagreed.

"Should've" is regret about the action. Circumstances, timing, someone else's fault. "Could've" is different. That one is about you. The talent was there. The window was open. You just didn't walk through it. That's the one that stays with you.

This is T-160. The gym. The grind. The clock running whether I show up or not. I choose to show up.
